Official Portal of the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council

This is the Official Portal of the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council. The objective behind the Portal is to provide one interface to access the information and services being provided by the Provincial Council of Sabaragamuwa for citizens and other stakeholders. This Portal is try to provide seamless, accurate, and reliable and one stop source of information about Sabaragamuwa and its various facets. The content of this Portal is managed by the different types of institutes (Secretariats Ministries and Departments) in the Sabaragamuwa provincial council.There are four types of e-Government services for different types of groups, that are: Government to Citizens (G2C), Government to Businesses (G2B), Government to Employees (G2E) and Government to Government (G2G).

Government to Citizens-(G2C)

Under the Government to Citizens Services, citizens can obtain some of the provincial council services and information through this portal like government forms, job opportunities, working procedures, public policy information, contact information & etc.


Government to Businesses-(G2B)

Under the Government to Business services, Businesses can obtain some of the provincial council services and information through this portal like procurement information, supplier registration and etc.




Government to Employees-(G2E)

Under these services, Government employees can obtain some of the provincial council services and information through this portal like Notices, Circular downloading, training opportunities, scholarships programme, Internal promotion announcements, Transfer lists & etc.

Government to Government-(G2G)

Under the Government to Government services, Government organizations can share data and information electronically also they can obtain variety of services from other government organizations.

Our Province

The Sabaragamuwa Province, is one of the nine provinces of Sri Lanka, the first level administrative division of the country. The provinces have existed since the 19th century but did not have any legal status until 1987 when the 13th Amendment to the Constitution of Sri Lanka established provincial councils. The Sabaragamuwa Province contains two districts: Ratnapura and Kegalle.

    එළඹුන නව වසරේ රාජකාරි ආරම්භය අද (01) රත්නපුර පිහිටි සබරගමුව පළාත් සභා පරිශ්‍රයේ දී සබරගමු පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාර චම්පා ජානකී රාජරත්න මහත්මියගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් සිදු විය. මෙදින ( 01) රාජ්‍ය සේවා ප්‍රතිඥාව ලබා දීම ද සිදු විය. මෙම අවස්ථාවට පළාත් සභාවේ සභාපති කංචන ජයරත්න, ප්‍රධාන ලේකම් ඊ.කේ.ඒ.සුනීතා මහත්මිය ඇතුළු රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරීන් එක්ව සිටියහ.
